Xiaomi finally launches the Prime version of Redmi Note codenamed “Xiaomi Redmi Note Prime” which was recently announced (as of the date of publishing) and tipped for launch this December 2015. However, the smartphone was spotted with dual-SIM functionality, 4G LT Capability and weights 185g with 154 x 78.7 x 9.4 mm dimensional measurement.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note Prime device features a 6.5 inches IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display with 16M color, 720 x 1280 pixels resolution. The smartphone also comes with a 13MP rear camera with clear pixel resolution featuring optical image stabilization, phase detection autofocus and LED flash, a 5MP front snapper featuring geo-tagging, touch focus, and face detection, HDR and panorama.
Xiaomi Redmi Note Prime device runs on Android 4.4.4 Kitkat with MIUI 7 ROM and powered by a Qualcomm MSM8916 Snapdragon 410 chipset, Quad-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A53 CPU, Adreno 306 GPU coupled with a 2GB RAM component and a 16GB internal storage. It also accepts an expandable memory up to 32GB via MicroSD.
