The YU Yureka Plus smartphone that was unveiled in India last month and currently available in Amazon exclusive finally hits smartphone market, as sales would start from 12th of Aug 2015. The availability of the smartphone begins today, as there won’t be registration required.
According to the leaked report, Micromax slashed the price of the Yu Yureka Plus smartphone to $140, compared to the price announced during the launch date, which was tagged $157. Previously, I detailed you guys about Micromax unveiling Yu Yureka Plus with Full HD Display and improved camera.
Currently, the updated version of the YU Yureka features a 5.5 inch FHD Gorilla Glass 3 display, 1080p Full HD for video recording, 13MP Sony Sensor rear camera for perfect video coverage and a 5MP front camera for taking selfies and making cool video calls.
The smartphone also runs on android 5.0 lollipop with cyanogen 12 and powered by a 1.5GHz Octa core | 64 Bit, Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 chipset, Adreno 405 GPU, 2500 mAh battery alongside with 2GB RAM, 16GB internal storage and supports expandable memory up to 32GB (Micro SD card).
