Step 1: Enable USB debugging on Infinix Hot Note X551, simply go to settings >> Developers option.

Step 2: After that, download Infinix hot note stuck (Custom) rom from here, and move the downloaded files to the memory card storage of your Infinix hot note device.

Step 3: Now, switch off your device and boot to recovery mode (press and hold Volume Down button + press Power button).

Step 4: Once you get to the recovery mode, simply perform a full system wipe (Wipe Data/Factory Reset, Wipe Cache Partition and then Wipe Dalvik Cache/ART cache from advanced section).

Step 5: After that, go to the recover main menu, then choose install ZIP from SD Card, then select the stuck rom Zip file and install immediately.

Step 6: Once the installation process is completed, simply go back main recovery menu and tap on Reboot system, and your device would be rebooted.

I have installed the stock rom as per the insturctions but not its not booting I can only see the infinix logo pop is and restart again. please help.

I've never root my device. I've done to check and download the software from the System Updates, But when the update process is running, it always be error... Please help me

i used ur clockworkmod recovery and downloaded MIUI rom and the touch sensitivity went upside down. I didnt know wat to do so i downloaded vanilla rom but it did the same thing..so will this method really help me??
